Shipping Policy
We ship all orders from our facility in the United States. Our goal is to get your order to you as quickly and reliably as possible, with straightforward shipping costs.
Free Shipping Threshold
Orders totaling $39.00 or more ship free to any address within the continental United States. This threshold is calculated after any discounts or promotions are applied, before taxes. If your order total is below $39.00, a flat shipping rate of $5.99 applies.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after they are placed. We do not ship on weekends or federal holidays. If you place an order on Friday afternoon, it will likely go out the following Monday or Tuesday. We do not offer expedited processing for an additional fee.
Shipping Methods & Transit Times
We ship via USPS Ground Advantage and UPS Ground. Transit times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Below are estimated delivery times after your order leaves our facility:
- USPS Ground Advantage: 3 to 7 business days
- UPS Ground: 3 to 5 business days
- USPS Priority Mail: 2 to 4 business days (available for an additional charge)
These are estimates provided by the carriers and are not guaranteed. We do not control weather delays, carrier errors, or other factors outside our operation. We recommend ordering early if you need a dress by a specific date.
Shipping Costs
If your order is under $39.00, the shipping cost is a flat $5.99, regardless of weight or destination within the continental US. For orders of $39.00 or more, shipping is free. We do not charge handling fees. The price you see at checkout is the actual shipping cost we pay to the carrier, or $0.00 if you qualify for free shipping.
We do not offer free shipping on orders shipped to Hawaii, Alaska, or US territories at this time. A flat rate of $5.99 applies to those orders regardless of order total.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, we will send you a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also track your order directly on our site by visiting the Track Order page and entering your order number and email address. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after shipment.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. We ship exactly to the address you provide. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
Deliveries
Most carriers deliver during regular business hours and may require a signature for certain packages. If you are not home, the carrier may leave the package at your door or hold it for pickup at a local facility. We recommend using a secure address where someone can receive the package.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us at Support@tritacarnes.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will file a claim with the carrier and send you a replacement or issue a refund once the claim is processed. We do not replace items that show as delivered by the carrier unless we confirm the package was misdelivered.
International Shipping
We currently ship only within the United States and its territories. We do not offer international shipping. If you are outside the US and would like to place an order, we suggest using a freight forwarder, but we are not responsible for any issues that occur after the package reaches the forwarder.
